1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
During product launches, festive seasons, promotional campaigns, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. SHIPPING TIMELINES
Estimated delivery timelines:
• Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, operational issues, or courier partner delays.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Laxurine may offer free shipping promotions during selected campaigns or limited-time offers.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link and shipping confirmation will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment updates through the tracking link provided.
5. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If delivery fails due to:
• Incorrect address
• Incorrect contact details
• Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
the order may be returned to us by the courier partner.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment requests.
6. ADDRESS CHANGES
Customers must contact us immediately for address modifications after placing an order.
Address changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.
7. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:
• Please do not accept the package
• Contact us immediately with photos/videos
Claims raised without supporting evidence may not be eligible for resolution.
8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, Laxurine ships only within India.
International shipping services may be introduced in the future.
9. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
